What is this show about in 3 sentences or less?

Beautiful Cages is about the complications of family and the consequences of secrets.

What’s your favorite thing about working on this production?

The collaboration! C.J. is going above and beyond, and all the actors have been helpful and responsive.

How is this production different from other productions you’ve been in?

The timeline and flashbacks make the structure of this show different than most others I've been involved with. 

In what ways have you been preparing for this production?

Research, research, research, and now hunting down looks and items in thrift stores and actors' closets.

How did you get into theatre?

I played Anne of Green Gables in a middle school production and I've been hooked ever since.

Do you have any upcoming projects that we should check out?

I'm working behind the scenes as a production assistant for Three Musketeers at Montford Park Players right now.

What's your most interesting family story?

Both of my grandfather's parents emigrated to America from the same tiny, Azorean island, Flores, in the 1890s. Their home villages were only a few miles apart, yet they never met until they were both in New Hampshire.

Danielle is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with this awesome cast and crew as costumer for Beautiful Cages. After being on stage in many productions around town, she's loving working behind the scenes to help shows look fabulous.
