Meet Sheila Collins, she is joining us for our next virtual reading of The Court of the Grandchildren written by Michael Muntisov and directed by Jason Williams!
A man from today. A woman from tomorrow. How will she judge him? Lily, who works with climate refugees, has just been contacted by David - her last living relative. He is due to appear in the Court of the Grandchildren, for climate crimes, and Lily may be his only saving grace.
We reached out to Sheila to tell us a bit about herself and about what her experience has been like working on this production!
1. How do you imagine our world in 100 years?
I imagine it as either greatly improved environmentally, or vastly destroyed, depending on human will to protect Mother Earth.
2. Do you relate to your character? How similar / different are you?
I differ from my character in that I am human with the full range of emotions that inhabit most of us humans.
3. How did you get into theatre?
Just began by auditioning for roles. No formal acting or theatre education, just a passion for acting.
